Step One:

Please check with us about the availability of any merchandise listed  on the website.    Most of these items are in very limited supply and a lot are out of print items or hard to find. 

Please email us with your list of items wanted, and we will let you know ASAP what is available and the total cost with shipping/handling.

Payment Information:

We accept PAYPAL as well as Checks or Money orders.  We cannot accept credit cards directly, only through PAYPAL.   Checks or Money Orders should be made out to Grateful Fred Music, and only in US FUNDS.

Delivery Information:

We strive for fast service! Most orders will be shipped the day after payment is received, and  the  postal service runs.  (holidays, inclement weather etc may cause a  delay of course)  You have the choice of either Media Mail  (slower and cheaper), or First Class/Priority Mail (more expensive but faster.  Insurance is optional for $1.75 up to $50.00 coverage.

Foreign Orders:

We are happy to mail anywhere in the world! Most Foreign customers prefer PAYPAL and so do we. But we are glad to take a Money Order or other payments. Feel free to email us to inquire about shipping rates. We send First Class International rates unless you request faster service.

Tax Information:

No tax is required UNLESS you live in Tennessee.  Then, please include
9.25% sales tax.

Return Information:

Please if you are unsatisfied with anything, contact us. We want you to be happy, and we will do everything we can to keep you as a satisfied customer. If there are ANY problems, simply let us know.

Grading:

All of our CDS will be in either SS (still sealed condition), or play perfectly fine with no problems.  Some may have a few light scratches but will still play  like new.   All cds will come in a nice uncracked case.  If you ever get something that doesn't play on your player refer to return information.  Please be aware that sometimes a cd may play fine on one player and skip on another player.  You can also try cleaning the cd and if it still doesn't play right let us know.

A Printed Physical Catalog:

We do not offer a physical catalog at this time. If you are reading this, you most likely have a computer and access to the Internet and email. If you know of someone that doesn't have a computer, and really cannot get access to one, but may be interested in a list of what we have available let us know and we will see about mailing a list to them.
